Fluges patent is a private counsel firm in the fields of patent and design. The firm was initiated in 2002 by Mr. Per Roald Fluge (Cand. Scient. / M. Sc.), a former Examiner at the Norwegian Patent Office.

We cooperate closely with Norwegian companies and private persons for protecting their projects through patents and design registrations. Our customers comprise a broad selection of small, medium sized and large Norwegian and foreign companies. These cover all aspects of commerce,
such as chemical industry, electronics, telecommunications, machinery,
marine services and petroleum/ geophysics. More than 90 %
of our patent- and design applications have been drafted in-house.

We are presently 6 employees. We are a small but efficient company with
broad experience and competitive with respect to IP protection both nationally and abroad. In addition to providing patent and design protection nationally
for local industry we also file applications for such protection abroad through our international network of colleagues.
