A trademark is a specific mark of your goods or your services, A trademark registration gives you the exclusive right to use the mark  as an indicator for your goods or services. This implies that a third party is barred from using trademark which may be confused with your own for goods and services in the same or similar class as the one wherein your mark has been registered. The exclusive right is solely applicable for use in commercial activities , for instance marking the product, on wrapping of the products, in marketing, in letterheads or in documents, used orally or in any other manner.
